WORK REMOTELY?
-No – This is not an at home or office position. This is a field position.
-Expect to work in a variety of environments including roofs, remote fields, hot summers, windy days, muddy conditions and cold winters.
IS TRAVEL INVOLVED?
-We go where the work is. Mostly in the State of Texas, but also in surrounding states.
-This job is not for you if you have family or other obligations that require you to be home every night.
-You might be home every weekend.
-Or you might be working for 14 days and home for 4-5 day.
-It depends on project requirements and where the project is located.
PAY & PERKS:
-On-the-job training - And we do offer a formal electrical apprenticeship program!
-$16.00 - $30.00 per hour – to start. Those with experience can earn more to start. Eligible for a raise after 90 days.
-10% pay increase + per diem for those travelling.
-Payday every Friday - Via direct deposit.
-This is not a 1099 gig! - This is a real job; W2.
