Job Description: The laborer is a full-time position reporting to the project's job site lead for the purpose of assembling, installing, and maintaining utility scale solar panel systems, as well as other applications. If you've no experience in solar, but you have worked in construction, you have helpful skills we can use! Job Type: Full time. Hours: Depends on the job. Generally, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. However, there may be times when overtime is required to meet project deadlines. Work Location: 100% travel to project locations during their duration. We go where the work is. Environmental & Physical Requirements: •Work long hours to complete tasks and reach goals when necessary. •Ability to work in extreme temperatures and environments. •Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Safety: •You should have your OSHA 10 or 30 - or be willing to acquire within 30 days of employment. •Must observe job site safety requirements. License/Certification: •TDLR Electrical License (Required) - If you don't have it, we will help you.
