Next steps depend on the type of problem your solar array is experiencing. We encourage our customers to become active participants in the observation and care of their solar arrays as much as possible. Oftentimes, there are minor things you can do to resolve some issues and this will prevent service call fees. Other times, it’s best if we come by to take a look.

If your inverter is throwing an error, you can usually see what the error means by referring to the operations manual for your inverter. If you do not have access to the operations manual, take a look at the System Troubleshooting section of our knowledgebase. You can also Google it.
